Training

Young horses selected to train with Oliver's Team are bred from the elite
of European warmblood showjumper bloodlines. All horses are fully
papered and registered.

We painstakingly search the principal European showjumper breeding countries of Belgium, France, Germany and Holland, selecting young horses with the potential, the talent and the temperament to develop into successful professional showjumpers.

Our training philosophy is that young horses deal best with the rigours of competition life and perform to their maximum potential when schooled in
a calm and comfortable environment.

We bring our horses on at an unhurried tempo, accommodating each individual according to their rate of progress. Each horse is professionally schooled in flatwork and over jumps. Their progress is continuously monitored and they are maintained at optimum fitness levels. When they are ready we slowly introduce them to the competition circuit.

Oliver's Team members are educated to be successful, high quality competition showjumpers and to be well mannered and co-operative in all the essential preparations for serious competition work from shoeing to clipping, bathing to loading.
